Event Branding & Spatial Design

The Atlantic Management Meeting, held at Hotel Lav in Split, brought together leadership teams of Atlantic Grupa for an annual strategic gathering focused on alignment, collaboration, and future growth.

Ward developed the complete branding concept for the event, built around the central theme “Growing Together”, directly inspired by Atlantic Grupa’s corporate strategy and long-term vision. The creative direction translated strategic values into a clear visual and spatial experience, reinforcing unity, progress, and shared momentum.

The visual identity embraced the recognizable red brand colour of Atlantic Grupa, using it as a strong connective element across all communication touchpoints from printed materials and digital applications to environmental graphics and event signage.

A key part of the project was the creation of real, ready-made spatial installations, designed to integrate naturally into the hotel environment while transforming the venue into an immersive branded experience. These physical interventions connected corporate messaging with tangible space, encouraging interaction and enhancing participant engagement throughout the event.

By combining branding, environmental design, and strategic storytelling, the project turned the annual meeting into a cohesive visual narrative aligned with the company’s identity and goals.
